1. Where we ship
Version 1 ships to Mainland China addresses only. Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and international orders are not open yet.
2. Shipping fee
The fee depends on the total weight of the order, with a surcharge for remote provinces, and is free for orders of ¥100 or more. It is shown as its own line at checkout.
3. Dispatch time and tracking
Estimated dispatch time depends on the lead time of the services you chose and is shown at checkout. We choose the courier, and after dispatch the order page shows the courier and tracking number.
4. Receiving the parcel
Check the outside of the parcel when it arrives; if it is damaged, refuse it and email bd@thorb.com.
